Longview Capital operates in two fashion: Dividend Fund and Opportunity Fund
These two fund types work side-by-side of each other to formulate what we called a "flywheel effect" to maximize satisfaction and investor return.
Dividend Fund
Our bread and butter fund type is the Dividend Fund. These funds are evergreen, always-on fund that drives our core investment thesis. It provides strong investment return distributed to investors frequently. The core characteristic of this fund is the combination of its low risk and medium-range return profile. It is offered very few years and sometimes more often.
Opportunity Fund
As market cycle change and opportunities present itself, we deploy strategic fund to go after these opportunities. Hence the name "Opportunity Fund". These projects are generally of higher risk but also brings significantly higher returns. Given the uncertain timing of these projects, we hold a high bar to the type of opportunities we commit ourselves to. It is very likely that we do not execute any Opportunity Fund in a given year or we might do 18 projects as bandwidth allows.
“We recognize the cyclical nature of markets. Our two-fund flywheel approach allows us to weather different conditions with high confidence.”
